Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Halo Hair Studio To provide the best experience for all clients and to respect reserved appointment times, the following policy applies: APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file to secure the booking. For select services or new clients, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s). • Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply. CARD AUTHORIZATION By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Halo Hair Studio to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fees as outlined above. EXCEPTIONS Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Halo Hair Studio in cases of illness, emergency, or severe weather conditions. This policy is designed to protect both your time and mine.
